Customer Success Manager

• Manage and grow eyeo's strategic partner partnerships as Senior Partner Success Manager reporting to the Director of Partners Success
• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners regarding Acceptable Ads
• Analyze partner performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize revenue
• Develop and execute business reviews, success plans, and growth strategies for strategic accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, and Operations to coordinate implementations and drive product improvements
• Proactively identify and resolve partner issues and coordinate technical troubleshooting
• Renegotiate and renew existing agreements and identify new commercial opportunities
