About the role

  • Focus on lead generation and outbound prospecting to build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Proactively research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and understand their needs
  • Schedule and conduct qualified meetings that generate pipeline opportunities
  • Qualify and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Recommend suitable products or services and tailor solutions to maximize satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools
  • Prepare and present reports to management
  • Stay informed about product updates, pricing, and payment plans
  • Meet and exceed key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Effectively navigate client organizations to reach decision-makers

Requirements

  • A self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Resilience and persistence—you don’t take “no” as the final answer
  • Excellent communication and prospecting skills to connect with prospects through various channels (email, phone, lead generation tools)
  • Eagerness to develop and grow within the organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, ideally Salesforce and in a SaaS environment (bonus)
  • Proficiency with a variety of sales approaches (inbound, outbound, field sales) (bonus)
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas (bonus)
  • Fluency in Dutch (bonus)
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills (bonus)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement software (bonus)
