About the role
- Design, implement, and deliver internal talent development programs that support the continuous development of E INC employees
- Facilitate talent development program design and implementation for diverse audiences and training needs
- Research best practices and evaluate cutting-edge solutions to support employees, foster engagement, and enhance recognition
- Provide guidance and expertise on solutions and resources related to talent development
- Act as a resource on competencies and development tools for leaders and team members across Canada and the US
- Identify and address development needs and skills gaps; partner with leaders to provide coaching on feedback, performance reviews, goal setting, and engagement
- Recommend a strategy for delivering compliance training across multiple states and provinces
- Enhance and deliver new hire orientation sessions
- Partner with internal teams to embed talent development programs and ensure consistent support and transparency
- Manage and allocate training budget; create process for leaders to apply for external training funds
- Interact with leaders and team members across Canada and the US, responding to questions and needs related to talent development programs and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR, Business or Psychology, or other appropriate field
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing talent development programs
- Ability to develop and facilitate dynamic content and group activities while adapting the approach and style for a variety of audiences and learning styles
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop and implement innovative training solutions
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories and methodologies and talent management principles and practices
- Ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Results-orientation and a focus on delivery, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and execute tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets)
- Certified Human Resources Professional or Leader (CHRP or CHRL) designation an asset
- Languages: English (required), French (an asset)
- Ability to facilitate groups and conduct presentations
- Willingness/ability to travel ~5%
