- Work closely with hiring managers to find great candidates
- Post jobs, source potential candidates, and screen resumes
- Schedule and prepare for interviews
- Provide a positive candidate experience and build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Guide the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Use online platforms and social media to discover and engage outstanding individuals
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires experience a smooth and welcoming transition
- Contribute to implementing new recruitment initiatives and enhancing processes
- Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment!
Requirements
- Someone with 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- A genuine passion for building a career in talent acquisition
- Top-notch communication and people skills
- Teamwork and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Familiar with social media and online job boards as sourcing tools
