About the role
- Provide support to ongoing and new HR and Talent projects/initiatives
- Support recruitment development and administer base and variable compensation programs across locations
- Support departmental representatives with HR and Talent questions
- Coordinate applicants and prepare next steps in hiring process
- Introduce new staff into their work environment and ensure smooth onboarding
- Assist in employee evaluation and processing of employee issues
- Maintain healthy communication systems for employees
- Act as first point of contact for general employee inquiries
- Prepare draft offer letters, initiate background and reference checks, administer leaves of absence
- Process new hire details into HRIS and payroll, submit offboarding requests, and update HR information
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure positive employee experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
