About the role
- From the fun of Mecca Bingo to Grosvenor Casinos delivering entertainment to millions
- Field-based Regional HR People Partner delivering strategic and operational HR support across venues
- Partner with Regional Directors, General Managers and People & Culture to embed effective HR practices
- Lead on employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning across the region
- Coach and support managers on complex employee relations and performance management conversations
- Champion values and winning behaviours through culture and learning programmes
- Analyse HR and business metrics to influence decision-making and support business outcomes
- Deliver diversity, equity, compliance and regulatory initiatives
- Represent employee voice and engage with employee networks, forums and Trade unions
Requirements
- Strong generalist HR expertise with a working knowledge of employment law both current and future focused
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Previous experience in a multi-site, regional or field-based role (preferable)
- Skilled in partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decision making
- Strong track record of delivering transformative people strategies within a matrix organisation
- Experience in a unionised environment is an advantage
