People Business Partner

Project Manager

• Lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of business change projects across HR, Food & Beverage, and Operations
• Travel to various venues approximately two days a week, and weekly visit to our head office in Maidenhead, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, upholding governance and quality standards
• Use project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Drive collaboration across teams, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment to project goals
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement by capturing feedback and lessons learned
• Provide clear visibility to senior management through regular updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
