About the role

  • Take the lead on one of the most exciting growth opportunities in UK gaming.
  • Own the national marketing strategy for electronic gaming.
  • Collaborate across product, suppliers, venues and central marketing to grow NGR.
  • Create campaigns end to end, from concept to execution across multiple channels.
  • Develop monthly marketing activity around new games, jackpots, seasonal moments.
  • Partner with CRM, PR, Social & Venue Ops to deliver consistently great messaging.
  • Shape supplier marketing and co‑promotions, aligning with product launches.
  • Drive brand consistency across e‑gaming assets and in venue presentation.
  • Generate insight driven plans to attract new customers.
  • Own forecasting, budgeting and ROI analysis for promotions.
  • Ensure activity is compliant with regulation and safer gambling guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience with demonstrable campaign ownership
  • Knowledge or passion for slot machines, e‑tables or electronic gaming
  • Strong stakeholder skills, including suppliers and operational teams
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to read performance and adjust strategy
  • Experience in multi site or high volume consumer brands (advantageous)
  • Creative energy with attention to detail and a hands on attitude
  • Resilience, problem solving, and the confidence to own a high impact category
