Senior HR Business Partner will support various groups in the organization; acts as a consultant to management on HR-related issues such as employee relations, performance management, and talent management; champions culture and engages with HR Leadership Team; develops, implements, and administers employee relations programs
Provide counsel and ensure prompt investigation for all legal-related matters; provides HR policy guidance and interpretation; coordinates and monitors performance management program to ensure effective and timely performance evaluations
Proactively seek knowledge of industry best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons to create best-in-class HR practices
Drive organizational development efforts to improve processes, team dynamics, and overall effectiveness
Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys; translate results into actionable insights and initiatives
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention; design and implement leadership development initiatives
Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation; day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
Stay abreast of changing business needs and anticipate HR issues and opportunities; develop company programs to increase engagement and retention

Requirements
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis in leadership development, talent management, HR strategy and process improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred
SPHR certification preferred
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements
High level of interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Leadership ability to select, lead, evaluate, and develop employees
Adaptable to changing work environment and shifting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and HRIS (Workday)
Ability to engage employees and build relationships across the organization at all levels
Ability to work on both strategic and tactical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
