About the role
- The Sales Support Advisor will assist assigned Producer with routing day to day activity, customer support, relationship building, and data management;Collects, enters, and maintains accurate data in D365 for Producer as assigned;Utilizes “Activities” in D365;Demonstrate effective phone skills with internal and external customers;Deliver Digital value proposition through exceptional customer service;Facilitate transfer of new clients to Implementation Services and other service teams;Handle carrier implementation for high touch clients as needed;Partner with platform and HR Tech vendors to facilitate set up;Provide customer support/direction of OneDigital support services to newly acquired clients;Gather information to assist in solving client issues;Use systems to communicate service issues;Document call volume, history, and outcomes;Train and mentor team members and market specialists;Display leadership and grow within company
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail;Ability and desire to work in a high production, fast-paced environment;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Strong organizational skills;High energy, enthusiastic individual;One to three years’ experience in the health insurance industry, preferred;Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, a plus;Proficiency with Microsoft products and systems;Active life and health license, required
