About the role
- Develop a thorough understanding of our platform, product roadmap, current and future ICP, competitive landscape and market trends
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for EASE Audits & Inspections, EASE Action Plans, and EASE On-the-Job Training
- Lead product release communications and facilitate customer office hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to deliver distinct and differentiating product messaging
- Lead market and competitive analysis to shape product features, pricing, and positioning
- Own and manage the creation of product marketing content such as sales collateral, product documentation, case studies, video demos, etc
- Partner with Sales Enablement to develop effective sales enablement tools and training to communicate the value proposition of our platform
- Contribute to the development of campaign strategies and themes and guide marketing programs to drive demand
- Understand and document our buyer’s journey, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make
- Closely collaborate with product management on PLG strategy and execution
- Travel up to 20%
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Proven experience in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content
- Experience with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales tactics
- Solid understanding of market analysis and competitive positioning
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, social media, and market research
