About the role

  • Answers incoming phone calls regarding annuity products from advisors, clients, and beneficiaries
  • Discuss all aspects of the annuity business by answering questions pertaining to multiple markets and product lines
  • Demonstrates consistent proactive communication with internal and external customers and partners
  • Stays current on procedures, corporate initiatives, annuity markets and products to provide accurate and timely information
  • Responds promptly and calmly to changing events and new situations
  • Maintains professionalism during interactions with advisors, clients, and beneficiaries
  • Cross-trains across franchises in New Business, Post Issue and Death Claims in order to load balance inbound calls
  • Performs other duties as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous Experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity Industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • FINRA Series 6 Securities License
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
  • May require shift work
