End-to-end processing of multiple payrolls across various jurisdictions
Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Complete all data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks
Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal departments
Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on employee data and reporting
Support with compliance and international payroll regulations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function
Working closely with the Group Payroll Manager and a team of three Payroll Specialists based in Manchester to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and excellent service delivery to our internal stakeholders
Requirements
Previous experience in a specialist role, ideally within a professional services or multi-jurisdictional environment
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Embraces change with a 'can do' attitude, showing enthusiasm and willingness to adapt
A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively to support the team in delivering results
