The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the condition of properties, buildings, and equipment in their assigned territory.
Ensure capital and R&M projects are completed on time, on budget, and with a strong service approach and communication to key stakeholders
Manage all Facilities projects and expenses according to Dutch Bros procedures, leveraging CMMS, D365, and Lucernex systems
Act as the liaison between Facilities, Construction, and Operations
Conduct planned and ad hoc site inspections of all Facilities in assigned territory
Travel up to 75% of the time
Requirements
7 years of restaurant facilities management or other related fields or education, any combination is required
Working knowledge of Facilities, Construction, Service Models, and Financial principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Working knowledge of Ecotrak or other CMMS platforms
This position requires driving, when necessary and must have a valid driver's license
Location Requirements: This position is required to reside within South Texas. Preferred areas include San Antonio, Austin, Waco, and the Rio Grande Valley.
