- Must reside in the following states to be considered for a Seasonal Role: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
- Remote seasonal role, starting in October through December 2025
- Provide customer support via phone, email & live chat
- Work evenings and weekends; variable hours and schedule
- Document customer interactions in CRM and follow departmental policies
- Attain Quality and Productivity KPIs
- Use support tools and knowledge base to assist customers
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service setting (preferably at a premium brand)
- 1+ years of experience of building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
- 1+ years of experience in identifying and solving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, are organized, and able to follow through
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus
