Manager

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the condition of properties, buildings, and equipment in their assigned territory.
Ensure capital and R&M projects are completed on time, on budget, and with a strong service approach and communication to key stakeholders
Manage all Facilities projects and expenses according to Dutch Bros procedures, leveraging CMMS, D365, and Lucernex systems
Act as the liaison between Facilities, Construction, and Operations
Conduct planned and ad hoc site inspections of all Facilities in assigned territory
Travel up to 75% of the time

Regional Facilities Manager

• The Regional Facilities Manager oversees the condition of properties, buildings, and equipment in their assigned territory, maintaining assets to brand standards and specs.
• Builds a strong, responsive relationship with Operators and Coaches to support facilities operations.
• Manages facilities projects and expenses using CMMS, D365, and Lucernex; documents and pays invoices timely.
• Conducts site inspections and planned maintenance to anticipate R&M and capital needs.
• Travel up to 75% of the time; supports warranty management; ensures regulatory and code compliance.
• Attracts and supervises regional service providers; aligns with KPIs.

• The Area Facilities Manager (AFM) is an entry-level, field-based role responsible for supporting 30–50 shops by ensuring operational excellence, executing departmental initiatives (such as GlacierGrid, bee mitigation, and QR asset tagging), and conducting shop visits and 1-year warranty walks.
• The AFM plays a key role in new operator training, DBOA responsibilities, punch walks, and providing actionable feedback to Design and Construction for continuous improvement.
• They will manage budgets, oversee service providers, and lead quarterly business reviews to drive performance.
• Designed as a 9–12 month development role, the AFM position helps build Facilities talent in new and growing markets with a clear promotion path.
• Performs shop visits, address issues brought forth to Facilities Management by shop leadership, create an effective plan to address; execute 1-year warranty walks and price items accordingly; etc.
