About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing and facilitating projects through the site selection process into design and supporting shop openings
Driving markets and tracking competitors, retail activities, and growth patterns
Fostering relationships with HQ departments, community leaders, government officials, brokers, and landlords
Negotiating LOIs and assisting in lease negotiations with legal and franchise partners
Completing Real Estate Committee Presentations and field reviews of site selections
Maintaining communication with HQ departments and construction teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, required
Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate-related experience, required
Knowledge of build-to suits, leases, land use, development processes, building permits, and construction project management is a plus
This position requires driving, a minimum of 40% of time will be spent traveling
