About the role

Lead, implement and own the product strategy for Wellbeing Collective, with a specific responsibility for D365
Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions within D365
Serve as a SC/Ops and finance D365 subject matter expert to assist stakeholders as needed throughout the project and during change management
Partner with D365 product owners in Liquid IV, VMS and Nutrafol to ensure governance in a single instance, identifying synergies and resolving conflicts
Chair the WBC Design Authority to ensure the highest levels of process review, governance and design best practice are adhered to
Drive new product features and functionality as a part of continual optimization of D365 and the surrounding process and technology landscape
Act as a core part of the D365 project team, using experience to ensure successful delivery of D365 which meets business needs and drives business value

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (specializing in SC/Ops and finance)
Good understanding of business operations and process, in SC/Ops and finance
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, or an equivalent expertise from work experience
10+ years experience leading business systems within a dynamic & rapidly growing organization, CPG/Manufacturing/Wholesale/Retail preferred
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in leading a team of Product Managers to delivery coherent and aligned roadmaps
Experience in managing external partners and vendors
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Ability to develop strong relationships
An outstanding communicator and influencer, capable of working effectively with counterparts, of all work levels, across the world
