About the role
- Use knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs to validate, approve, and authorize payment for repair recommendations on warranty claims
- Work over the phone with service advisers and technicians to ensure correct repairs are performed and help get customers back on the road
- Validate repair recommendations and authorize claim payments in accordance with SilverRock warranty policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims and ensure timely customer resolutions
- Manage multiple time-sensitive requirements and meet deliverable due dates
- Handle challenging customer and technician calls, diagnose issues, and identify solutions while maintaining positive attitude and professionalism
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3 + years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics
- Automotive experience is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and goal-oriented
- Agile in a fast-paced environment
- Plays well with others / ability to work in a high-functioning team environment
- Works well in a time crunch; ability to meet deliverable due dates
- Fantastic problem solver; ability to find solutions on challenging calls
- Positive emotional resilience; ability to handle challenging calls while maintaining an optimistic attitude
- Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT or NV
