Use knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs to validate, approve, and authorize payment for repair recommendations on warranty claims
Work over the phone with service advisers and technicians to ensure correct repairs are performed and help get customers back on the road
Validate repair recommendations and authorize claim payments in accordance with SilverRock warranty policies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims and ensure timely customer resolutions
Manage multiple time-sensitive requirements and meet deliverable due dates
Handle challenging customer and technician calls, diagnose issues, and identify solutions while maintaining positive attitude and professionalism
Requirements
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
3 + years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics
Automotive experience is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate and goal-oriented
Agile in a fast-paced environment
Plays well with others / ability to work in a high-functioning team environment
Works well in a time crunch; ability to meet deliverable due dates
Fantastic problem solver; ability to find solutions on challenging calls
