About the role

  • Use knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs to validate, approve, and authorize payment for repair recommendations on warranty claims
  • Work over the phone with service advisers and technicians to ensure correct repairs are performed and help get customers back on the road
  • Validate repair recommendations and authorize claim payments in accordance with SilverRock warranty policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims and ensure timely customer resolutions
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive requirements and meet deliverable due dates
  • Handle challenging customer and technician calls, diagnose issues, and identify solutions while maintaining positive attitude and professionalism

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3 + years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics
  • Automotive experience is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate and goal-oriented
  • Agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Plays well with others / ability to work in a high-functioning team environment
  • Works well in a time crunch; ability to meet deliverable due dates
  • Fantastic problem solver; ability to find solutions on challenging calls
  • Positive emotional resilience; ability to handle challenging calls while maintaining an optimistic attitude
  • Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT or NV
