About the role

  • Prevent bad actors from accessing accounts of consumers, merchants, and Dashers while providing a convenient experience to good users
  • Own day-to-day performance for customer and Dasher account integrity and fine tune protections for these audiences
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop a long term vision for account integrity and execute on it
  • Solve problems that require a mix of quantitative and qualitative investigation
  • Lead work ranging from setting long term strategy to making tactical changes to solve edge cases
  • Collaborate with operations, other Strategy & Operations teams, product, engineering, and analytics
  • Test ideas, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an analytical role such as management consulting, strategy, bizops, investment banking, or analytics
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Experience leading projects from the idea stage through to execution
  • Bachelor's degree
