Core responsibilities: Provide day-to-day executive support including calendar, travel, and inbox management. Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations in collaboration with the finance team. Assist in the coordination of investor relations and board communications. Track key deliverables, follow up on action items, and maintain accountability systems. Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and documents. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute documentation. Support ad hoc projects including financial modeling, research, and analysis. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in digital marketing activities Liaise with customers in organising meetings and seeking required information.
Requirements
- Min 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role. Proven background in finance, accounting, or investment environments (e.g., proptech, real estate, fintech, private equity). Strong working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion). Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and deliver outcomes under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High emotional intelligence and discretion familiarity with AI tools and a solid understanding of digital assets.
