About the role
- Conduct user research to understand current pain points and behaviors
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and interpret user research data
- Plan and execute usability studies, interviews, surveys, and other research methods
- Develop and execute usability testing plans and protocols
- Analyze and interpret user research data to generate actionable recommendations
- Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user-centered design solutions
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and stay updated on emerging trends
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UX research and usability testing
- Proficient in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Experience with user testing tools and platforms (e.g., UsabilityHub, UserZoom)
- Knowledge of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
