About the role
- Take ownership of GTM processes such as lead-list assignment, pipeline coverage checks, and recurring reporting automation
- Design, build, and scale automations and AI-driven solutions that change how GTM operates
- Replace manual, repetitive sales processes with reliable, fast, and transparent workflows
- Build tools to improve merchant outcomes by connecting merchants with the right sellers
- Identify high-impact friction points, scope and deliver solutions, and track improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure solutions land smoothly
- Act as both builder and owner: develop automations end-to-end and drive adoption; report to Senior Manager on Sales Analytics team
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or similar role, with advanced SQL and Python skills
- Experience designing and maintaining reliable data pipelines (dbt, Airflow, or similar)
- Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake
- Experience applying AI/LLM frameworks and API integrations to real business problems
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM data structures and how they drive GTM workflows
- Balance of technical depth and business orientation; translate merchant and sales needs into scalable solutions
