As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Docebo, you will play a strategic role in shaping how our learning management solutions are positioned and adopted in the market.
You’ll lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, define messaging and positioning for your product portfolio, and develop compelling marketing programs that resonate with customers and drive growth.
Your ability to blend market insight, product knowledge, and customer empathy will be key to ensuring Docebo maintains its leadership in the learning technology space.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies and executing high-impact product launches.
Deep understanding of learning management systems or the broader edtech or HR tech space.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience communicating across technical and business audiences.
Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and business intelligence platforms.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements, industry events, and team collaboration
