About the role
- As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Docebo, you will play a strategic role in shaping how our learning management solutions are positioned and adopted in the market.
- You’ll lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, define messaging and positioning for your product portfolio, and develop compelling marketing programs that resonate with customers and drive growth.
- Your ability to blend market insight, product knowledge, and customer empathy will be key to ensuring Docebo maintains its leadership in the learning technology space.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategies and executing high-impact product launches.
- Deep understanding of learning management systems or the broader edtech or HR tech space.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience communicating across technical and business audiences.
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer engagements, industry events, and team collaboration
