About the role
- Generate qualified opportunities for the Corporate Sales team
- Prospect into target verticals and proactively research UK-based corporate and enterprise businesses
- Use outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to generate meetings
- Qualify inbound leads and manage early-stage pipeline conversations
- Maintain clean records and workflows in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Corporate Sales Managers to refine targeting and outreach
- Book meetings with C-level or finance stakeholders aligning to ICP
- Deliver against activity and pipeline KPIs
- Report into Head of Corporate Sales (Sonny Webb)
- Work Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 on a 37.5 hour week
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Comfortable with phone prospecting and high outbound activity
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
- Interest in fintech, payments, or SaaS is a strong plus
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn from feedback and coaching
- Understanding of any sales methodology framework is a big advantage.
