Conduct 80-100+ outbound cold calls per day in both English and Japanese
Prospect via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Executives
Manage leads effectively within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Research target accounts and industries to personalise outreach
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Track and report key metrics to improve performance
Hiring process: Submit application → AI video interview (15 min) → final interview → admission to talent pool → matched with client for final interview

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or lead generation role (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
Business proficiency in both Japanese and English
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
