About the role
- Take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of the world’s leading bus carriers
- Drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships
- Cross-functional project management of new initiatives
- Take a hands-on approach to solving problems and provide top notch service to partners
- Guide product development for the core product
- Conceptualize and implement operational processes and tooling
- Collaborate with all central functions and international teams
- Drive strategic projects across the organization
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a fast paced environment (e.g Consulting, BD/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups)
- Proven track record in the travel technology landscape, including hands-on experience with integrating diverse travel tech solutions and platforms, encompassing complex API integrations
- History of successful negotiations and the establishment of strategic partnerships
- Strong data analytics skills
- Effective cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages considered a valuable asset
- Preferred to be based in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi, Vietnam
