About the role

  • Work hand-in-hand with a Product Manager to bring new ideas to life and lead product launches
  • Partner with Product to shape positioning and messaging that resonates with real-world users
  • Dig into market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to uncover opportunities
  • Help define buyer personas and map the journey from awareness to adoption
  • Translate technical features into clear, compelling value for our audience
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and major updates and lead cross-functional launch planning with Sales and Marketing
  • Create sales tools, launch content, and campaigns that drive adoption and revenue
  • Track performance and iterate based on results
  • Build feedback loops with customers and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to surface field insights
  • Contribute to thought leadership and industry conversations, especially in construction tech
  • Ensure messaging reflects real-world challenges and wins of users

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or construction technology
  • Experience leading product launches and working closely with Product teams
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to make complex ideas simple
  • Pragmatic marketing experience/certification a plus
  • Curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
