About the role
- Work hand-in-hand with a Product Manager to bring new ideas to life and lead product launches
- Partner with Product to shape positioning and messaging that resonates with real-world users
- Dig into market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to uncover opportunities
- Help define buyer personas and map the journey from awareness to adoption
- Translate technical features into clear, compelling value for our audience
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and major updates and lead cross-functional launch planning with Sales and Marketing
- Create sales tools, launch content, and campaigns that drive adoption and revenue
- Track performance and iterate based on results
- Build feedback loops with customers and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to surface field insights
- Contribute to thought leadership and industry conversations, especially in construction tech
- Ensure messaging reflects real-world challenges and wins of users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or construction technology
- Experience leading product launches and working closely with Product teams
- Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to make complex ideas simple
- Pragmatic marketing experience/certification a plus
- Curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
