Responsible for client and employee retention; performance is directly reflected in the P&L
Set goals for every client engagement in their pod
Ensure every client follows best practices across channels (including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, Functional Content)
Support strategists to earn campaign approvals and remove roadblocks
Ensure roadblocks are discussed in 1x1 conversations and action plans established
Build structure, create cadence, proactively support and empower team with clear communication and expectation setting
Drive measurable goals: NSM attainment 100%, CSAT 4.2+, Bookings $150k per half-year (total across pod for H1)
Operate primarily virtually from a home office and collaborate with colleagues through Zoom and Slack
May utilize company offices in Irvine, CA and participate in company-wide programs and trips
Requirements
Legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in Canada (for global locations you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country)
Experience working at a performance marketing agency (application asks for years of experience)
Experience with lead generation, B2B, and/or SaaS (application requests years of experience)
Experience directly working in Google Ads
Experience directly working in FB Ads
Experience directly working in LinkedIn Ads
Experience with CRO, SEO, Programmatic, or Content (application asks how many years each)
Experience directly managing people and owning/managing client relationships
Ability to manage campaign budgets (application asks average monthly budget managed)
Ability to operate a laptop (PC or Mac), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools
Reliable internet access and a professional background
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication
Comfortable collaborating via virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack
Willingness to provide resume and LinkedIn profile as part of application
