Requirements
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
4+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.
Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Marketo for email communications, social media platforms, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
Strong understanding of customer marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software
