• Install, configure, and integrate LiveNX and LiveWire in enterprise and service provider environments (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud).

Solutions Consultant – DDI Migration

ServiceNow

• Regularly update existing ServiceNow applications to ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases and features
• Certify applications by ensuring they meet ServiceNow standards and guidelines
• Tracking changes in future certifications and providing requirements for updates to meet certifications.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow Certification Team to address any issues raised during the certification process
• Fix bugs, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow Store requirements

• The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills, a networking, security and/or cloud background, be capable of solution engineering, architecture design and product configuration. Strong presentation skills and an understanding of the intricacies of a complex, technical sales cycle for large enterprise clients is essential.

• Knowledge of routing, switching, and LAN/WAN design
• Knowledge with LINUX platforms would be an advantage
• Intermediate scripting skills and experience in a range of programming languages such as Python and/or Perl
