• Focused on Partner Sourced New Logo (PSNL) sales generated and closed by focused Channel Partners (resellers, MSPs). Work closely and support the BlueCat sales team who will lead the sales process for each opportunity.

Senior Partner Sales Manager

• Provide first point of contact for HR support to employees and managers across our global offices, responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, benefits, perks and redirecting as needed to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding including communications with other internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional experience.

• Administration of global benefits programs including, but not limited to, working with our third-party benefits brokers and insurance carriers, processing employees’ questions, processing leave of absence claims, US state leave program maintenance, facilitating annual open enrollment
• Support payroll by accurately processing changes in HRIS and internal systems, ensuring consistent reporting across platforms
