Design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, and events to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
Own the email nurture strategy, including audience segmentation, messaging, testing, and performance analysis to strengthen engagement and conversion
Develop campaign briefs that outline audience, objectives, messaging, and offers, and lead the creation of persuasive email copy and creative assets in partnership with the content and design teams
Create and refine sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, email templates, and outreach frameworks that enhance conversion and accelerate deal velocity
Analyze campaign performance across the funnel, share insights with stakeholders, and optimize programs to improve lead quality and ROI
Requirements
Five or more years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in MedTech, HealthTech, or SaaS environments
Proven success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
Experience managing lead nurture programs and writing persuasive, conversion-focused email copy
Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex product value into customer-focused content
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools such as Marketo, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and PPC best practices
Highly analytical with experience interpreting campaign data and optimizing for ROI
Skilled collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and can translate insights into action
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
