About the role
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting SMBs
- Build ABM strategies with clear goals, audience segmentation, and channel mix
- Own paid media (search, social, display, syndication) and continuously test offers and creative
- Manage MQL to SQL pipeline performance, including CAC and disqualification rates
- Write campaign briefs and align stakeholders across Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing
- Report on campaign performance and pivot based on insights
- Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and feedback loops
- Optimize website chat playbooks and lead conversion paths
- Collaborate across teams to align messaging and touchpoints throughout the funnel
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management
- Proven success managing B2B SaaS or SMB-focused strategies
- Deep understanding of MQL, SQL, SQO, CAC, DQ, and full-funnel metrics
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong copywriting skills (ads, emails, landing pages)
- Experience with ABM tools and strategies
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools for marketing efficiency
