About the role
- Implement security measures, monitor and analyse security threats, conduct security audits, and respond to incidents.
- Manage and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Design and manage databases, optimise performance, and conduct regular backups.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolve IT-related issues, and deliver on-site support for local users.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, servers, operating systems, and business-critical applications.
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues.
- Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing tools and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal IT support.
- Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, software, security, and cloud environments.
- Proven experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
- Strong focus on user support and excellent work prioritisation.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and support workflows.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness/ability to provide regular on-site support in Łódź.
- No visa sponsorship or relocation offered (candidates must have work authorization).
