About the role

Assume full ownership of the administration, maintenance, and security of core cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS)
Maintain working knowledge of GCP and Azure services to support a multi-cloud environment
Collaborate with TechOps engineers to identify and implement automation, reliability, and efficiency improvements
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the TechOps team
Administer Mobile Device Management solutions (Kandji, Intune) and Okta identity provider
Administer and manage network services, including SD-WAN technologies such as Meraki
Provide expert support for desktop environments (ChromeOS and macOS)
Apply ITIL 4 knowledge to improve IT service management processes and operational best practices
Lead resolution of complex infrastructure-related incidents and problems

Proven, hands-on experience in a Cloud Operations, DevOps, or similar role
In-depth experience with a wide range of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
Strong working knowledge of core services across GCP and Azure
Extensive experience with MDM platforms (Kandji, Intune, or similar)
Expertise in managing and securing identity and access management (IAM) systems, particularly Okta
Hands-on experience with ChromeOS and macOS administration
Experience with SD-WAN technologies, particularly Meraki
Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability and desire to coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Familiarity with the ITIL 4 framework
