About the role

  • Communicate and implement strategic plans and initiatives across all sales divisions
  • Drive accountability within the team as a sales subject matter expert, leveraging data for optimization
  • Act as a bridge between CSC and the field, influencing sales initiatives and strategies
  • Collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and brand love and ensure seamless omnichannel athlete experiences
  • Provide input to corporate Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams based on field insights
  • Serve as the primary resource for District Managers and take responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to enhance sales proficiency
  • Analyze complex problems related to market share, competition, and athlete needs using data and observation
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of sales components to improve proficiencies for financial success and positive athlete experience
  • Lead through organizational change, collaborate cross-functionally, and foster continuous improvement
  • Build a diverse talent bench and assist in creating development plans to grow talent for the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Business or other related discipline
  • 5-7 years experience
  • 5-7 years- Retail sales, Customer Relations
  • Ability to communicate and implement strategic plans and initiatives across all sales divisions
  • Drive accountability within the team as a sales subject matter expert, leveraging data for optimization
  • Act as a bridge between CSC and the field, influencing sales initiatives and strategies
  • Collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and brand love
  • Coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to enhance sales proficiency
  • Analyze complex problems related to market share, competition, and athlete needs using data and observation
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
