- Provide input to corporate Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams based on field insights
- Serve as the primary resource for District Managers and take responsibility for achieving sales targets
- Coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to enhance sales proficiency
- Analyze complex problems related to market share, competition, and athlete needs using data and observation
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain in-depth understanding of sales components to improve proficiencies for financial success and positive athlete experience
- Lead through organizational change, collaborate cross-functionally, and foster continuous improvement
- Build a diverse talent bench and assist in creating development plans to grow talent for the organization
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Business or other related discipline
- 5-7 years experience
- 5-7 years- Retail sales, Customer Relations
