About the role
- Responsible for managing and reporting on all CSU inventory and assets, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management
- Maintain comprehensive records of CSU assets and inventory
- Track and monitor telecom and IT equipment throughout its lifecycle
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure asset data accuracy and compliance
- Generate reports detailing asset status, usage, and availability
- Coordinate with internal teams to support asset allocation and return
- Implement process improvements for inventory control and tracking
- Maintain asset management systems and databases
- Ensure adherence to asset management policies and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory or asset management is required
- Familiarity with Telecom Asset Management practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using asset management software or databases
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position
- Active Top Secret clearance is required
