About the role
- Develop and manage SAP project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and overall project quality in line with business priorities and goals
- Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure project success
- Communicate transparently to project steering groups and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Understand customer needs and drive change within the organization accordingly
- Develop project implementation capabilities and processes to enhance excellent customer experience
- Manage both internal development projects and customer implementation projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects with proven track record
- Experience managing both internal development projects and customer implementation projects
- Good knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and tools within SAP area
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, highly organized, committed, and flexible
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Other languages are an advantage
