About the role

  • Support in the design and implementation of initiatives leading the end-to-end planning and execution
  • Collaborate with technology requirements to compel stronger and more reliable client outcomes and data improvements
  • Support in Regulatory Remediations and Internal Issues closures with a focus on sustainable and efficient solutions
  • Evaluate variable issues with potential overall business impact and weigh alternatives using multiple sources of information
  • Leverage analytical skills and data analysis tools/methodologies to filter, prioritize and validate complex material from multiple sources
  • Contribute to development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflow for the area/function
  • Integrate subject matter and industry expertise to coordinate and contribute to function and overall business objectives
  • Manage most problems independently and appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with laws, Policy, and ethical standards
  • Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Requirements

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Strategic mindset and ability to follow latest trends in field
  • Knowledge of partner management, business development, and planning
  • Ability to make judgments and offer solutions based on analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
  • Analytical ability with interpretive thinking
  • Ingenuity and creativity in problem analysis and resolution
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop materials including presentations for senior leadership
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with leaders across the organization
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting or equivalent experience
