About the role
- Execute against sales strategy to drive new business growth for Nielsen's Ad Intel products
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, partners, and stakeholders
- Serve as product subject-matter expert in client pitches and demos
- Develop and execute account and territory plans in collaboration with account management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, enablement, marketing, and product teams
- Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in new business sales
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Understanding of the media and advertising industry (brand marketers, television, digital, social, retail media, advertising agencies)
- Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
- Motivated to prospect, drive sales and new business opportunities
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong team player
