About the role

  • Serve as direct line of contact for staffed associates, delivering onboarding, post-placement coaching, support, and ongoing management
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and act as key point of contact for clients and associates
  • Ensure associates understand client expectations and have what they need to succeed; address issues and form improvement plans
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with associates to monitor developments and responsibilities
  • Identify tailored support or learning needs and coordinate accordingly; celebrate milestones and provide support
  • Collaborate with departments to implement new systems, processes, and procedures relevant to associates and carry out special projects
  • Review associate hours to remediate billing issues and manage overtime and leave claims using HR software
  • Proactively manage rate discussions and support Finance and Commercial with invoices, payments, and SOW creation
  • Maintain people and account records in a tracking database and stay knowledgeable of contractual and service agreement documents
  • Build relationships with clients, gather feedback, facilitate resolutions, negotiate renewals and seek new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional working experience
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in people management, recruitment, client or project management
  • Experience working globally
  • Experience in building and managing relationships and projects virtually
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing several critical projects and clients simultaneously
  • Ability to converse with clients at all levels and convey a clear message
  • Ability to convey clear goals and objectives to the team
  • Ability to verbally inspire teams to continually deliver better project outputs
  • Ability to express ideas, thought and concepts clearly in writing
  • Must be able to prioritize work to meet project deadlines and manage own stress
  • Must be able to work on many priority projects simultaneously and manage a changing task list
  • Builds a logical approach to address problems and makes sound decisions based on fact
  • Ability to understand other cultures and ways of working and manage expectations globally
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship
