About the role

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche roles, with a focus on sourcing and engaging consultants from MBBs and other leading firms.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of consulting and professional services talent markets to identify and engage top performers.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across geographies to define hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies (market mapping, headhunting, networking, referrals) to access both active and passive candidate pools.
  • Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate journey aligned with company values.
  • Act as an ambassador for Dialectica, building the employer brand within consulting and professional services talent pools.
  • Shape future teams by attracting high-performing talent from consulting, investment, and professional services.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both in-house and agency/executive search environments.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting consultants (MBB, Tier-2 strategy firms, Big 4 advisory, boutique strategy houses).
  • Understanding of consulting career paths, transferable skill sets, and hiring challenges in the sector.
  • Strong ability to influence, advise, and build trust with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple complex searches with speed and quality.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and creative recruiter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
