About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, market, and growth levers across the user lifecycle
- Lead experiments and initiatives that impact acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Define and own the growth strategy and roadmap for your product area from opportunity sizing through execution and measurement
- Partner with design, engineering, data, and marketing to deliver features and experiments that delight users and accelerate growth
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B test results to uncover insights and inform next steps
- Drive company-wide growth initiatives that balance customer value with sustainable business impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience (minimum)
- Several years in growth-focused product roles
- Experience shipping products with technical complexity, high design craft, and measurable growth impact
- Proven track record turning customer and data insights into growth strategies
- Experience leading discovery work, defining features, and running experiments (A/B tests)
- Ability to work independently and make progress without constant supervision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping unformed ideas into clear strategies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data, and marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing user behavior and funnel performance
- Sense of humor and cultural fit with a quirky, creative team (preferred)
