About the role
- Lead full cycle recruiting for both IC and Leadership engineering positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Humble and team-oriented; values collaboration and diverse perspectives
- Takes initiative and persists in the face of setbacks
- Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby
- Understands and uses metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks about visa sponsorship)
