You collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including fleet operations, finance, and logistics to align repair and maintenance strategies with business goals
You travel regularly to locations across the United States to provide leadership support, oversight of maintenance operations and ensure adherence to established procedures
Requirements
7+ years of progressive management experience in fleet maintenance with advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
Strong experience in project management, strategic planning, and financial analysis with a knack for utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements
Soft skills: strong leadership, ability to influence decisions, drive change, and foster a collaborative work environment
Travel: flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%
