About the role
- Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies via affiliate and paid search channels
Deliver measurable, customer-centric marketing programs to maximize engagement and growth
Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment
Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce branded and compliant materials
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure marketing programs comply with laws, regulations and bank policies
Work closely with third party affiliate and paid search agencies to assess and optimize performance of acquisition channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to four years of experience in marketing industry
Hands-on experience working with affiliate partners
Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant
Ability to work independently and have proven ability to complete projects on target, on time, and on budget
Able to adapt based on data/research and learnings from prior campaigns
Organizational, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple partners and projects at one time
Analytically and data focused with the ability to assess campaign performance
