Access and navigate client portals to assist with case management tasks
Gather and submit assignment information to the Intake team
Make hotel reservations for employees as needed
Check in daily reports
Assist with file scheduling tasks as needed
Assist in the management of daily departmental operations
Perform data entry efficiently
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Reviews files, records, and obtain information to respond to requests
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Forward emails/tasks to the appropriate team member for handling
Assess and prioritize needs
Support other business needs as needed

Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, file management, and navigating web-based platforms
