About the role
- Manage the SMB Competency program and ensure alignment with related partner initiatives
- Provide program management support for related partner initiatives
- Build structure, drive execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and partner operations teams to ensure consistency across programs
- Track KPIs and report on partner performance, including program adoption, revenue growth, and customer impact
- Establish governance frameworks for program management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Review project requirements and statements of work to ensure completeness and alignment
- Partner with senior-level leaders and stakeholders to maintain alignment, progress projects, and ensure accountability
Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on channels and/or partner programs
- Experience managing competency programs or partner enablement initiatives
- Strong background in program governance, KPI measurement, and performance reporting
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet
- Experience supporting SMB-focused initiatives within partner ecosystems
