About the role

  • Scale new partner channel and ensure operational excellence across partner-related initiatives
  • Lead initiatives to optimise partner operations, focusing on scalability and revenue growth (target: 20% of total revenue from the partner channel)
  • Develop long-term strategies that align with overall business objectives and enhance partner effectiveness
  • Roadmap and own the project plan under the Partnerships workstream
  • Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions regarding partner performance and channel effectiveness
  • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership and recommend actionable strategies for partner growth
  • Drive change initiatives to enhance partner processes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement
  • Engage with engineering teams, finance, legal and Sales Tech stack to implement partner solutions
  • Mentor junior team members, lead workshops and training sessions to align team skills with partner ecosystem needs

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Partner Operations or Sales Operations
  • Proven track record driving measurable improvements in partner performance
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Leadership experience managing projects and leading teams in a global environment
  • Expertise in partner management, partner tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills to drive change across teams
  • Advanced data analytics skills to inform partner strategy
  • Change management experience to enhance partner processes and ensure stakeholder engagement
  • Experience engaging with engineering, finance, and legal teams
  • Mentorship and training experience to develop junior team members
  • Experience working in a partner-facing role (desirable)
  • Familiarity with partner engagement tools and technologies (desirable)
  • Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS environment (desirable)
