About the role

  • Optimize and scale the partnership strategy to strengthen and expand the partnership ecosystem
  • Develop and manage a structured partner program for recruiting, enablement, and deal support
  • Shift partnerships from passive to active to increase partner-driven revenue
  • Streamline processes and improve efficiency in collaboration with GTM teams and partners
  • Leverage data and insights to refine strategies and maximize partner performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management in a software or tech company, ideally in a startup or growth environment
  • Prior exposure to the reseller/distributor space, with experience navigating complex partner ecosystems
  • Proven track record of building and executing partnership programs, with history of exceeding targets (100%+ quota achievement)
  • Data-driven, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-starter mentality with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Understanding of common GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach.io) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
